I have realised I am having some weird pax numbers on the same routes. For exampel my flight JNB - PLZ I use a CRJ 900 NOA 818 which is fully booked , but I also used a A320 NOA132 which is 40 % . When I started this flight with my A320 the pax was hitting 60 % and now suddenly it does not get above 40 %. The same happened with my flight from JNB-ELS . Another one problem is my JNB- Gabarone I use a CRJ900 which is fully booked , but then I decided to add a DASH 8-q400 NextGen to the route and on the Dash I only get 20 % bookings while getting a 100 on the CRJ 900.
I dont know if I am doing something wrong , or ....?
The demand on these routes seems not enough for using bigger or additional planes for the moment. You need connections and create connecting PAX while you are growing.
I am not playing on Devau and cannot look into your airline but ELS, GBE and PLZ are all 4bar airports, a CRJ900 seems to be enough.

Exactly, you have enough demand to fill a CR9 but not enough to fill an A320. If your CR9s are always fully booked then you could try a CRK or an E95 instead of the A320.
