I was on my phone and didn’t mean to but purchased and aircraft instead of leasing it. I’d like to avoid the ridiculous terms. Can I somehow cancel the agreement?
Don’t use the aircraft and send a message to support asap with full details, they may be able to help

Sorry about that, but both our Support Staff have been sick for the whole week, so there hasn’t been many many e-mails answered at all, unfortunately.
