The low maintenance ratio have caused cancellation for first flight yesterday, which make me manually cancelled remaining flights for the day, but even after entire day and another night’s maintenance, the ratio still stuck at 48% and my first flight of the day is getting automatically cancelled again.
And I just get an additional aircraft facing this situation despite the aircraft have 9 hours rest every day after 3 flights (Note that the flight being flown by this aircraft until now is different from the current flight plan for the aircraft’s future flight and thus the maintenance ratio do not reflect the flights being flown, but should be enough)
When a plane reaches 50% condition it will no longer fly. Once it sits on the ground for a while, you can ferry it to another airport and that will reset the aircraft condition. Once the condition is updated it will start flying paid routes again.

And why do the planes hit 50% condition to begin with despite >100% maintenance rato and maintenace being done daily?

I guess flying too long without MX since each cycle incurs “damage”. Try putting MX in halfway through the schedule instead and that should resolve the issue.
As you can see in screenshots, there are only 3 round trip flights each days between maintenance, and those aren’t long flights either
So does that mean maximum 2 consecutive round trips for A320?
As asked before, how was the condition of the plane by the time it came into service?
Change your maintenance provider to Helvetic. Then you will see if these maintenance breaks are long enough. With 31 years old planes, the breaks must be longer.
The plane entered my fleet about a week ago which I couldn’t remember condition at the time but should be better than now.
I changed my maintenance provider to Avia after started the thread so it would need some times before further changing.
Avia is wrong. Helvetic is the best. Trust players who play this game already long enough to judge this. 
What I mean is due to game’s time limit it take me two more weeks before I can change it again
