IndoSky

We proudly announce, that our partnership with Indo comes into practical reality. We have scheduled daily flights from Tehran to Jakarta with our very modern and very beloved A300-600.

maxresdefault.jpg

A daily slot at the Global Plaza along side the mighty Indo A380s and A350s is reserved for the beloved IranJet A300, just keep in mind the Global staff have never handled an aircraft without fly by wire and GPS so dont worry if the wings get clipped. Otherwise we can assure a heavenly experience provided by our world class Global staff (same uniforms as Indo except for the Global Grey colour). The CEO of Indo got very surprised when he saw IranJet as a Rising Union member as he always thought Iranjet was a member of Unity Skies Alliance, he responded "Well then, IranJet will be the only RU carrier at the Global Plaza ever". Remember to paint over the RU logo on the aircraft used on the CGK route, some staff are indoctrinated to hate Rising Union since the days of tough competition with Aces Air (a former RU carrier).

Generally, there are no paintings on our a/c at all, yet.

Guess why

The CEO of IranJet is surprised about the anger towards RU. The CEO of IranJet can only recommend contact with Zar from Standard Group (also known as Merlin or Oli^^), Stefan from Beo-Duopoly and Lars, the other one from the Duopoly (Berways). Lovely people, really.

IranJet promises to pay for the extra vocational trainings for Global Plaza staff in order to manage a/c and crew appropriately.

IndoSky has recently started facing competition from carriers such as Surga Air International. Indo has close to infinite financial resources as well as a unbeatable network which means that competition can swiftly be dealt with and the CEO sees no worry of the recent resurgence. The other calming factor is that this carrier is a low cost carrier and that very few of Indo´s current premium passengers have flown with this carrier and due to the different style of operation Indo won't be hurt although IndoExpress who operates a lower cost model than Indo might face some competition.

The worrying aspect is that two of our top executives have left to join this insurgence which the CEO sees as very disturbing and he thereby cant place as must trust in his team as he did before. Anyone who leaves Global Group to work for a directly competing carrier (meaning non partner carrier in Indonesia, USA and Barbados) wont have the possibility to work for a Global carrier in the future. As our competitors usually falls sooner or later he sees it as a very risky decision for an employee of Indo to join a directly competing carrier. Usually when competing carriers fall the Global Groups buys up the bankruptcy and usually most staff are retrained and integrated into the Global operation but staff which have left Global before to join this competitor will be fired. This is only because we need the most loyal of workforces and when an employee has left us ones we cant be sure that they wont do the same thing again. Each individual employee has a responsibility placed upon him and a duty to perform in order to together functions as the best airline in the world. When Indo buys a bankruptcy we never compensate frequent flyer programs. For example frequent flyers of Aces Air hd to start from blank on Indo´s system although most of the routes, staff and Aircraft were integrated into Indo. An exception was Kecepatan which was a partner of Indo before going bankrupt and all loyal Kecepatan passengers received the same status with Indo. Competition can always contact us for possible cooperation.

Our response to this competition has been adding over 100 new planes to our service and doubling or tripling frequencies and establishing hubs at Surabaya, Denpasar and Makassar granting us total domination of these important markets in order to be expand beyond Jakarta. We have also established Dili, Singapore, Kota Kinabalu and Medan as focus cities serving over 10 airports from each of these destinations widening our presence in the region even outside of Indonesia. Indo is an unstoppable mega force so dont try to fight us but collaborate with us!

Glorious times are over... Airlines are not loved as many years ago.... Maybe due to lack of spirit?

Who knows. I know one thing for sure. In Indonesia, it is something different.

People are proud of Garuda like people in Germany were once proud of Lufthansa....

Well, so, for me, IndoSky is the Stapleton-version of Garuda :)

So. May the spirit be with you :) Best wishes from all TH International Holding linked companies.

Here some inspiration. In my opinion best version of the song, every

Indonesian knows (All-Star-Version aired in TV-show even if the audio quality is not the best)

Had no idea to be honest. In Sweden SAS is pretty disliked with most travellers choosing either BRA or Norwegian and the same case for most of Scandinavia. In Romania Tarom is ridiculously disliked due to their high pricing and not so good service and pretty old equipment. The Romanian people prefer Wizz and Blue AIr, even Ryanair is more preferred than Tarom. It seems like Europe is losing it´s flag carrier loyalty (unlike Indonesia we dont have 5 star carriers in Europe). I certainly am one of these people. In Sweden I either fly BRA for domestic or Norwegian for International and long haul (I have flown Norwegian for over 10 years when it still was a small domestic Norwegian carrier) while in Romania I fly Wizz.

Not true, Lufthansa somehow just got their 5th star from Skytrax...

Not true, Lufthansa somehow just got their 5th star from Skytrax...

Lol. I will not comment further on it. Lufthansa is not only Lufthansa. Check their subsidiaries and find out, how they treat employees there....

It seems to be so, that the case of Andreas Lu. was not enough to start a critical discussion about their policies and treatment of people.....

But well. Everybody has his own opinion on that.....

I didn’t say Lufthansa (or the group) is a great airline. All I said is, that they recently got their 5th star (as CBE said, Europe has no such airline).

And personally, I don’t think that this star rating from Skytrax is very meaningful.

Sorry, I had other things in my head when writing that and yes Lufthansa is 5 stars (as of this year). How they achieved it is a mystery (which we all seem to agree with). Sorry all germans I dont mean to insult your airline but honestly Lufthansa (especially the European routes) is nothing different from Norwegian, Easyjet or Wizz. In my opinion no European airline is 5 stars but the closest to achieving it (in my opinion) is Virgin Atlantic.

Now they are bragging about it

IndoSky is as of now the world's 18th largest carrier! This is something that we greatly celebrate with our over 62,000 staff. We take this with great pride to be able to be this big and of this size. Together with our Indonesian subsidiary IndoExpress and Kecepatan we transport over 2,750,000 passengers per week. We also recently bought a 10% stake in our competing carrier Surge and we are currently negotiating an increase to 30% ownership. This week we have been able to completely destroy Surga and lower their seat load factor by over 10%. This is in response to Indo greatly expanding in Surga hubs and this again shows the great loyalty of passenger to Indo. This has also been our most profitable week ever making hundreds of million of dollars. Next week IndoSky will be within the top 15 carriers and thanks to all our fantastic passenger we will succeed.

We are proud to be Indonesian and happily fly the indonesian flag around the world. We are also the only private provider of personal transport to the Indonesian government further cementing our dedication to serving our beautiful country. Furthermore we greatly belive in empowering Indonesia and working to build the Indonesian economy so that in the future more passenger will be able to fly with us. Each year we invest hundreds of million of dollars in organisation working for making Indonesia a better place. Our largest donations we make are to Sea Shepherd Conservation Society who work t stop overfishing around Asia with a large presence in Indonesia. They are specifically working in Timor Leste where we are the largest carrier. We invest in Timor leste and have so are based 4 state of the art A319s to serve the small nation. These planes fly to 11 daily destinations from Timor Leste giving Timor Leste connections to the world. Due to Indonesia and indonesians not being to popular in Timor leste we have repainted all planes used on those routes in Sea Shepard livery which also supports Sea Shepherds grand operation in Timor Leste.

Indonesia is big enough for both of you.

Indo is delighted to as the official partner carrier of Star Wars to have given five premier screenings of The Last Jedi onboard five of our A380s this Sunday. The tickets went on auction starting at 1000 dollars with the highest selling at over 10,000 dollars. The Showings were in New York, Las Vegas, Dubai, Sydney and Jakarta with over 2500 seats offered. The 4 million dollars raised will all go to donations to help teenagers with drug problems. As Star Wars is mainly aimed at teenagers we strongly belive in helping teenagers who have these problems. The CEO of IndoSky has always refused Smoking and Drugs which in some situations makes him the only one at parties or with friends, he believes more people around the world should refuse and we would finally be able to have a smoke free generation.

He was made even more aware of the issue when he recently discovered that a previous girlfriend and childhood friend of his has been compulsory assigned to a drug addiction rehabilitation institution. She was a very smart and pretty girl but chances of a future are now lost for her thanks to the drugs. Thankfully she is in Sweden which is a country that care for it's citizens but many countries around the world will only let these people overdose and die. It hurts him but in the end it was her own choice what happened and ones she got hooked she had not possibility to escape which led to the current mess. There are many teenagers around the world who are addicted to narcotics and something needs to be done to stop the loss of talent and potential of these people. He is also very aware that the police can't do anything for the issue as whoever wants narcotics can have them easier than getting milk from the grocery store, countries like Sweden are flushed with drugs. They are everywhere, they are in elementary schools and everywhere else someone wants them, they are perfect to lure the weak minded and getting them addicted. No enforcement can stop them, only education. These 4 million dollars raised by this event will go towards education and rehabilitation of teenagers with drug problems. He believes teenagers around the world should rather enjoy watching Star Wars with their friends than getting high together.

The CEO personally could not attend these screenings and will instead attend the world premiere in Cinema in Sweden on the 13th of December, with tickets booked since a year back.

Today we finally launched our Global Flight and Cabin Crew! The Global Crew are elite team members working directly for Global Group and not for one of our carriers. They are meant to be able to crew all Global Flights whenever the Original Crew cant do it. For example at London Gatwick where all Global carriers fly there is no based crew of each carrier which means that if the original crew cant operate the flight a special Global Crew will have to operate it, there are Global crew allover the world ready to take over for any original crew on any Global operated aircraft form the q400s to A380s operated throughout our Global operation. All Global flight crews are qualified captains so that they can operate any position. All Global Captains will also at least have 2 qualified aircraft categories with one always being the A320. All Global Cabin Crew are qualified pursers and are qualified to lead and operate on any Global operated aircraft type. Global Crew are chosen based on flexibility and excellence in service. Global Crew wear the Grey Global inform that other Global Plaza staff wear which is the same uniform as Indo, American and CBE staff wear except for the colour.

Vivienne-Westwood-Virgin-Atlantic-Unifor

Currently there are 50 qualified Global crews which means there are 100 captains and 400 pursers making up this Elite Unit of the Global Group. These crew are certainly Global coming from over 50 countries. The Global crew have also taken over quality insurance duties from other staff due to their allegiance directly to the Global Group they will better be able to insure a consistent excellence across all carriers. They are also responsible for promotions and have the duty to test all Crew members at least ones per year. Global Crew are paid double compared to the average captain and purser salaries at the Global Group. Being promoted to Global Crew is what each Global team member should dream about it is certainly the biggest achievement for any Global flying crew to be able to fly in this prestigious grey uniform. We are currently the first airline in the world creating an Elite Unit to relive and ensure excellence across all our operations!

IndoSky announced the biggest entertainment upgrade yet. With the first Airspace plane just rolling out reporters were stunned when they saw perfectly crisp 4k 15 inch multi touch displays covered with Gorilla Glass 5 in every economy seats while Ecstasy glass got curved 4k 32 inch displays. These are the best displays ever on board an aircraft, but that is not enough. We have also made a revolutionary IFE system were instead of all content being stored locally in each device it is stored on a central hard dive server on board each aircraft and each individual device accesses this server to get it´s content. This is somewhat as if the plane had it´s own internet. With this central server on each plane we will be able to offer 10x more of our already substantial amount of content while saving weight to fly longer. You might think that this announcement is big enough but there is one more thing... We could not have given fantastic content without fantastic sound. Therefor we have partnered with Sony to offer stereo headphones on every seat. Plus class will get some certainly respectable Sony headphones while Ecstasy class will get the Sony WH 1000Xm2, which is the crown of wireless active noise cancelling headphones. These headphones will certainly not make you ever want to use any other, they block out almost all noise from our already extremely quit planes but are also packed with an extreme number of features. These upgrades will shortly be rolled out to the whole Indo fleet together with the previously announced Airspace upgrade and later on it will be rolled out across the Global fleet. This is our Christmas gift to our customers giving them the best entertainment they have ever experienced but on a plane. Merry Christmas from all of us to all of you!

We are delighted to announce that the Global Group won’t be operating on the 24th and 25th of December in order to allow our staff to celebrate and enjoy Christmas with their families instead of having to work. Christmas and Easter are the only exceptions to Global´s operations but with the CEO being a strong believing Orthodox Christian (not just his name haha) he would have seen it as wrong forcing people to work on Christmas. Last year the press gave Indo horrible critique for not operating on Christmas specifically as Indonesia is a Muslim country and strongly criticized us of being a Christian carrier, this press was completely correct, Indo is a Christian carrier.

Although most passengers dont know every single Global Plane is Christened by an Orthodox and Catholic priest and each plane carries a bible and an icon of Saint Menas onboard each flight. It might seem like a strange concept for a two so different priests to work together in a christening ceremony but Indo strongly belives in Religious freedom as does the CEO whose mother is Catholic and Father is Protestant and himself being Orthodox by choice.

Most of our staff will be off on Christmas but we have offered double the play for any Maintenance employee who chooses to work on Christmas taking the Golden opportunity to check all planes when they are not operating and better assessing them and putting together a maintenance schedule for next year. It would be a shame to not take this opportunity when the planes sit on the ground. The problem is that not all Indo planes fit on the ground in Jakarta which means that they will have to park in multiple destinations across Asia and Oceania.

Merry Christmas!
