What do I need to do to receive the same benefit on my gameworlds?
Why don't you try to contact some of the biggest airlines in the game world of your choice and ask about it? Or get in contact with an alliance and ask there.
You might have to be a little flexible in terms of where you can start and show a clear strategy of what you are trying to do. And I would also assume, that you have to show some persistence with your game play. Cos players that start and restart or quit after a short time are not worth the effort to buy aircraft and you're then stuck with them.
maybe private leasing should be removed totally then. In it its current form it doesn't offer a suitable long term business model for companies so its only purpose is to offer to those who can afford to manipulate what would be a free market using their sheer financial strength.
Why is it not a long term business model? Watch the market of 737 classics for example on older servers - most of them were bought by companies and are offered for lease. Some companies only offer cheap lease for a certain period but most of the leasing companies don't terminate contracts ever.

Elson and Firt, unfortunately for your view, it is also how it works in real life. Elson as a Brazilian you are familiar with David Neeleman (and his airline in Brazil, Azul). If Neeleman decides to start airline in Peru, he will be in a completely different, much better, position than if I decide to do the same thing. Investors, lessors, even government will bent over backwards to accommodate his venture, while I will encounter all doors shut or almost shut. That's life. And supposedly we all have same opportunities in life... Or... Do we? Same here. So just get over it.
We have been told by the great and all powerful UAB that what happens in real life does not matter in AS if it negatively affects gameplay. IMHO this transaction has negatively affected gameplay in the US in that game world, so it should not be permitted.
I do find in amusing beyond belief to see some people on this board use real life as a justification for a transaction like this, after turning a blind eye on real life for certain recent game rule changes.
Everybody can start an airline without any private leasing contracts, sure. And if everybody would be doing it like that, I'd be more than happy. I personally would prefer a much more regulated game than we currently have - where the actual business administration part of your own airline becomes a much more deciding factor than accumulated capital.There'd have to be no private leasings or not stock market for me... And the opinions will differ greatly if that'd be a better or worse kind of gameplay. But the game design we currently have is just the way it is - and we're all in this situation together, playing the game as its game mechanics dictate. Of course anybody's free not to use some possibilities if he doesn't want to - but let me ask: Have you ever criticized your alliance members for using the same possibilities that you're criticizing now?

we talk about game ethics and team/uab should demonstrate top ethics. in this case the opposite is shown. thats a shame. we discuss endless about LET hordes and then we see this. team/uab are damaged by you and highscore, both lose credibility and thrustworthyness. the discussion about "besondere spieler" comes into my mind.
also SabenaXpress allegation about Earth Stand (you remember? creation of an empty company, IPO and before IPO is finished move billions into this company - clear cheat if true) comes into my mind. (I have to state that i dont know if the allegation is backed by facts) Highscore has been accused to be involved as well.
we dont need such dirty gaming and we dont need it from team/uab at all. how can this be? it is incomprehensible!

Against any game moral is simply not true. This practice was openly done on probably all servers for years and it has repeatedly been deemed as allowed by various AS team members/support and the UAB.
Obviously, just because it was ok for several years doesn’t mean it forcibly has to continue like this forever. But calling players immoral just because somebody suddenly has a different opinion is not fair either and of questionable morale.

If I would have been found guilty in your mentioned case, I would have been rejected by the UAB (the case was before last elections). As you will not believe me, another UAB member or AS team member can confirm this.
I will confirm that that case existed with highscore´s involvement but I will also confirmed that it was closed the same day me and highscore joined the UAB.
After szcest's absence some players come back to Aspern and got supports from different players.
That show us, how important is the relationship! It doesn't mind, competitor is competitor and that make more funs than with 100 gamers who only think himself.
Attention: I know this situation in other gameworld (where I could also get some aircrafts cheaper) and nobody complain about it.
Aspern is also a gameworld, not a kindergarden! Please more cooperate each other and stop complain about anything.

But I have something that I have not yet learned and that I need to learn in this game.
At Aspern, is a company founded in 2017.01.21 and having 94 Boeing 737-700/900. The holding company was founded in 2017.01.21.
18 days old and 94 B737.
I'm sure it's not cheating because the company is operated by one of the AS Team members.
How is this possible?

i digged deeper into the case and checked the fleetlist. the airline is 19 days old, so the aircrafts operate about 2 weeks only and not from day 1 on the airline could have that many aircrafts.
lets assume that highscore leased all aircrafts based on 10% to spezialist (78 machines in weeks). the rest he had leased from as. please note that in aspern you won't get cheap aircrafts, they are all quite new. calculate this on the base of new prices.
he had to deposit 78'6 million AS$ as a deposit for the aircrafts and the cabins would cost about 20+ million.
makes a total of about 99 million AS$.
lets deduct the 10 million, 89 million remain, and assume that the aircrafts were slightly heaper than brandnew, let's say 80 million remain.
HOW THE HELL can this airline - as a startup with few aircrafts at the beginning (even given the cheapest option of 10% he would not be able to start with more than 20-25 machines if at all) earn 80 million AS$ in 2 weeks?

the airline did not start with 10 mio AS$ !!
the as team - in order to fix issues if a player has to be refunded - of course has the capability to manipulate the capital of a company. this capability as been used by them.
so what is the next conclusion? somebody has abused this capability? or the miracle startup airlines earned 80 million in 2 weeks?
Guys can I point out that no airline can lease an aircraft to another airline direct, it has to go via the used aircraft market, where people can bid for an hour. Did you miss out?

you can try to ridicule this case, but it is a case where an as team member and an uab member try to gain an advantage over other players by ignoring any game moral or - and that looks even more likely at the moment - even cheat bluntly.
both things are not acceptable at all. it has to be clarified and in case of wrong-doing punished.
also we, the "non-notably" players are not stupid. there are experienced players who suspect already that spezialist is just used as a beadle in order to create a us airline for earth stand which later might be played back under your control. so if an IPO is issued for the airline (if it still exists in the near future) and the shares might be properly distributed among the earth stand players in order to allow for instance highscore to get control over this airline then we will claim foul as well.
again: it really pisses me off that uad/team members play that dirty, it is a shame
Are you mad? Calm down and relax - you are number One in the US after Jason left the game, so don't worry, ok? It is not my intention to play in US on Aspern, I am playing there already on Idlewild. And I am doing very well in Brasil on Aspern so just get your brain back again and relax.
EDIT: interesting idea of going public - so in your eyes I have to ask for permission to buy shares on the market or what? Or did you not understand how the market works? Everybody can buy shares as many as he has money for and nobody has to ask for permission, especially not you, the wannabe Imperator of Aspern. :P
