it is a clear case of collusion and cheating. spezialist gets an advantage over other players, none of the newbies will ever obtain this.

what pisses me off extremely is the fact that it is a conspiration between an AS team member and the pranced #1 voice of the UAB. this has to have consequences. from both, AS team and UAB all we players would expect high moral integrity and exemplary fair play.
it is time that AS interferes here.
we dont want AS team members and UAB members behaving like that. it is just dirty play, nothing else.

However, as others have mentioned it happened because of a strategic partnership between two players (and it really does not matter if those players are UAB/staff members or not for the sake of this discussion). The question is, what is more valuable, "fairness" or the possibility for team play/supporting each other? I think there has to be a compromise. The game certainly would certainly loose a lot if there is no possibility to negotiate with other players and give or receive support. These partnerships/communications (not restricted to the aircraft market, but more general, Interlinings etc.) make Airlinesim special, compared to other simulations. Maybe it would be wise to introduce a limit to the amount of money that can be gained by this kind of transactions in a given time frame or to prohibit some problematic types of transactions in the future (I am however not in favor of over regulation - I does more harm than good). The adequate course of action, whatever it may be, should be discussed and decided by the AS Team in conjunction with the UAB, with possible ideas coming from the players. However, for the current situation there should/can not be a punishment, because it was not illegal per the current rules (and you can not punish someone for something that was not prohibited at that time).

let spezialist explain how an airline can earn around 80 mio AS$ within two weeks or less in order to lease and equip this amount of more or less new aircrafts.
let him publish his business results of the first 2 weeks in order to convince everybody that he is really able to such as magic play.
and even if he can, such a collusion between uab/team looks extremely ugly and should never happen.
After szcest's absence some players come back to Aspern and got supports from different players.
That show us, how important is the relationship! It doesn’t mind, competitor is competitor and that make more funs than with 100 gamers who only think himself.
Attention: I know this situation in other gameworld (where I could also get some aircrafts cheaper) and nobody complain about it.
Aspern is also a gameworld, not a kindergarden! Please more cooperate each other and stop complain about anything.

All User Advisory Board Members and AS Team members are NORMAL players in game. All members of both carry extra responsibilities to help maintain and improve the game, outside the game. They have NO extra in game advantage that isn't afforded to any other players.

Using terms such as UAB or AST suggests that everyone is involved (10 UAB members, plus ??? AS Team members) are involved. If that is the case then you are living in a dreamworld.

i digged deeper into the case and checked the fleetlist. the airline is 19 days old, so the aircrafts operate about 2 weeks only and not from day 1 on the airline could have that many aircrafts.
lets assume that highscore leased all aircrafts based on 10% to spezialist (78 machines in weeks). the rest he had leased from as. please note that in aspern you won't get cheap aircrafts, they are all quite new. calculate this on the base of new prices.
he had to deposit 78'6 million AS$ as a deposit for the aircrafts and the cabins would cost about 20+ million.
makes a total of about 99 million AS$.
lets deduct the 10 million, 89 million remain, and assume that the aircrafts were slightly heaper than brandnew, let's say 80 million remain.
HOW THE HELL can this airline - as a startup with few aircrafts at the beginning (even given the cheapest option of 10% he would not be able to start with more than 20-25 machines if at all) earn 80 million AS$ in 2 weeks?

the airline did not start with 10 mio AS$ !!
the as team - in order to fix issues if a player has to be refunded - of course has the capability to manipulate the capital of a company. this capability as been used by them.
so what is the next conclusion? somebody has abused this capability? or the miracle startup airlines earned 80 million in 2 weeks?
this case stinks. much more than i thought.
the calculation was wrong, it is even worse as leasing for 10% will result in a 15% offer only.
then the figures look like that:
deposit for the aircrafts: 91,6 mio AS$, cabins 20+ million, in total 112 mio AS$
take the 10 mio away, 102 mio AS$ remain.
take 10% away because the aircrafts have an average age of 2,7 years
means the airline has earned 90+ million in 2 weeks ?
i think all decent players want a proof that this has been achieved by correct play. deliver this proof.

What was my point is that UAB and AST members have the right to play and be treated as a PLAYER during the time they are in game. Both groups are made up of players first and foremost. If you start suggesting that UAB/AST members no longer have the same rights than a player then you will not have a UAB or AST and therefore no game.
I do not see why if a player does the same thing its no problem? Yet because its a team member they get their name plastered everywhere.
The UAB for one work to a code of conduct so I don't think it is "overdue" in my opinion but what do I know...

let spezialist publish his results, then it is immediately clear if it was fraud or ingenious play!
and the collusion of spezialist and highscore is definitely irreconcilable, no question, i know they will try to take cover behind rules. but keep in mind:
the rules of airlinesim they state clearly:
- §1.4 not all rules can be defined hardcoded; only because the game allows a certain behaviour pattern it does not mean that this behaviour pattern
complies with the rules
- §1.5 all players should act sincere and honest
- &3.1 all players can demand fair competition
