Members of this discussion HAVE suggested that and I for one am disgusted by the suggestion.
What was my point is that UAB and AST members have the right to play and be treated as a PLAYER during the time they are in game. Both groups are made up of players first and foremost. If you start suggesting that UAB/AST members no longer have the same rights than a player then you will not have a UAB or AST and therefore no game.
I do not see why if a player does the same thing its no problem? Yet because its a team member they get their name plastered everywhere.
The UAB for one work to a code of conduct so I don't think it is "overdue" in my opinion but what do I know...
ianmanson, i agree in most statements with you.
"overdue" was maybe a strong term, but this is not the first case that an "official" bends to rules to his advantage in a way that you can argue if it is still correct or not.
in my opinion, officials should not act in such a grey zone

I fully agree with you that is why I do not act in the grey zone. As an UAB member you also need to appeal to your voters. In the end the community will decide.
Did you confirm this is ok with AS support? It might be worth doing so sooner rather than later if not already as even with good intention it is in breach of the rules....2.1 Multiple Accounts.
I have no multiple account. I have only one account. I log into game and forum with the same usuary (elsonjr). But, for some reason i do not know, when i log into forum with elsonjr, appears the name elsonsj2010.
The issue I have is that it has been absolutely 100% ok for normal players to do this for years....yet a team member does it, and because its in competition with you, all the sudden it is the worse thing in the world.
If others had brought this up before (with normal players, or not in competition) then I'd be a bit more inclined to be sitting on yourside.
Surely if I own something, it is up to me how much I sell/rent it out for? If I want to rent my flat out at £10 a week...no problem

please ...
read the airlinesim AGB's. if you open an account you have to accept these terms. please click on the agb link on the right bottom corner. do it now. it says:
Jeder Nutzer verpflichtet sich, nur jeweils einen Account pro Server bzw. Spielwelt zu nutzen, so genannte "Multis" sind nicht erlaubt und können ohne Warnung gelöscht/gesperrt werden.
got it? you are only allowed to use one account per server.
Players shall not set up and/or operate multiple accounts. Multi-accounting for any reason is completely forbidden.
It was a friendly bit of advise before someone else finds it suspicious and reports. But if you want to turn it into an argument then you sir are only here to scream and shout and not prepared listen
Those figures are very true and no cheap nothing. Not even terminals or ILs within the first weeks. Just look at the amount deposited. It´s something called playing and trying out not sitting on the forum crying that others beat you. Ironically I was competing against highscore at the time. That is also just 23 hours since the weekday closing so it is only one week and one day. These numbers are also when I only operated 4 year old 737-900ERs. I had about 8 737-900ERs when the screenshot was taken, just imagine having 78 and paying nothing for leasing. It was also on Stapleton which in July 2016 was 5 years old.

ianmanson, i have no reason to have an argument with you.honestly. i am furios because of others ...
i think it has to be interpreted correctly:
- the AGB's form the contract between airlinesim and the player - they allow several accounts as long as you dont create two holdings on one server
- the rule you stated has been put online recently only and has to be interpreted as per server world! otherwise it would be in clear contradiction with the AGB's - which prevail

Ok so maybe this has been an oversight. I was the one who re-wrote the rules, that were agreed on after many changes and published. So to give a bit of insight...The "new" ones were created as to prevent to contradiction between the german and english rules that were published on wiki (there were many). The new rules should be seen as the master, I will encourage the team to change the AGBs to reflect the in game rules. Thanks for pointing it out. To be honest there should be no interpretation, its very clear, and written to be clear, no multiple accounts, full stop

well, the figures show that the airline gained 11 mio value in the first week. imo very good. but would you be able to add almost 100 mio in the 2nd week then?
i dont sit here and "cry because others beat me". shall they beat me, i dont care. i request that players act fair. and i request that team/uab players act fair and super-clean. thats it.
but it seems that not all share my values about game ethics ...

No one is disagreeing or does not share values about game ethics. But if I own something surely I can set the price? If I have 100 chocolate bars and sell them at £0.01 or £10.00 isn't that my choice?

Read the full post please: "These numbers are also when I only operated 4 year old 737-900ERs directly leased from AS. I had about 8 737-900ERs when the screenshot was taken, just imagine having 78 and paying nothing for leasing. It was also on Stapleton which in July 2016 was 5 years old."
Ofcource it is possible. When getting these figures into ratio I technically did better than Spezialist without the cheap leases.

i have no doubt that you have solid game ethics, visible from your posts.
well, look at the situation from another point of view: in aspern, us, suddenly the country was wide open as a mega airline (from earth stand) closed down.
now many new players flock into the country.
most have to start with 10 mio AS$
spezialist has a starting point - due to highscores subsidy - valueing roughly about 100 mio AS$
can this considered to be fair? no.
it is not fair if player A subsidies player B and both are "regular" players
but here an uab member subsidies a team member massively in order to overreach the "regulars". why do they do that? poor attitude? or what?

i would feel better if at least that part of the case would be clean. i would want to see it.
